The owners assess each other's accommodation on the basis of 5 categories.

During the summer months - from Monday to Thursday - 'Vier in Bed' (Four in Bed) highlights four places to stay at home and/or abroad.

Each of the participating owners will stay one night with the others, after which they will give an evaluation ('hand out beds') on 5 categories: the room, breakfast, hygiene, activity and hospitality. The accommodation of the day will be discussed in detail: history, approach, style, who is who and who does what, in short everything that makes this accommodation unique.

To emphasise that the guesthouse is a perfect place for a wonderful holiday, the hosts also take their guests on an activity that highlights the region's assets.
